【仕事のやりがい】

当社では月給27.5万円スタートに加え、インセンティブも支給します

入社1年目の平均年収は440万円程度。

また2、3年目で支店長になり、年収800万円を稼ぐ人もいます。

ガソリン代や高速代を会社が負担する"マイ営業車"も支給するので、

マイカーを買う必要もありません。

当社を含めた業界大手が対応できているのがわずか4%です。

つまり、残りの96%は、まだまだ手付かずで、

損害車を買い取ってもらえるというマーケットの認知も

世間においてまだまだ知られていない状況です。

【仕事内容】

自動車修理工場・カーディーラー・板金工場などがお客様に対して、

車を仕入れていただけるかの交渉、サービスを利用していただけるよう商談を行います。

【1日の流れ(例)】

8:50 出社

昨日は営業エリアから自宅に直帰をしたため、社用車にて出社。

9:00 朝礼

昨日営業先であったことや日々の気付きなどを共有したり、

メンバー同士で不安点を洗い出したりしています。

↓

9:10 事務

出発前の準備がメインです。訪問するお客様のリストを再チェック。

↓

10:00 出発

社用車でお客様のところへ出発。運転は安全第一です。

↓

11:00 商談

商談と言いつつ、この時間はお客様との世間話。

共通の趣味や家族の話で盛り上がったりすることが多いです。

12:00 休憩

休憩は各々自由に取れます。

この日は唐揚げ弁当を車の中で食べた後、スマホでテレビを見ていました。

13:00 客先訪問・商談

午前中の商談とは違い、しっかりと仕入れの車の値段交渉。

どちらも納得できるよう折り合いをつけ、しっかりと今後にも繋げていきます。

14:00 休憩

コンビニでコーヒーを買って休憩。

自分の思うように時間を使えるのもバイヤー職の魅力の一つです。

14:30 客先訪問

お客様先にあった車をしっかりと状態確認。

分からない部分は写真を撮って、社内に持ち帰って相談します。

15:30 帰社

音楽やラジオを聴きながら帰社。

帰社時間は大体15時頃~17時30分頃ですが、日によってまちまちです

16:30 値付け

同僚と値付け。あーでもないこーでもないと言い合いながら値付けをする時間が楽しかったりします。

18:00 退社 今日は定時で退社。明日の仕事に備えて身体をゆっくり休めます。

固定給:月給27万5千円+インセンティブ

※毎月の買取車輌の販売実績により、インセンティブを支給いたします。

・インセンティブの支給方法

事故車の買取成立→はなまるオークションで販売が成立(粗利額の決まったパーセンテージで支給)

スタートは基本上記金額ですが、インセンティブや営業ランクにより昇給がございます。

【昇給/昇格】

昇格(実績に応じて随時)

※マネージャー昇格後は、実績を基にして基本給の割合が大幅にアップします。

(一般営業職との比較で最小で165%+インセンティブ)

【年収例】

入社1年目/平均年収443万円(研修期間を含む)

入社2年目/27歳/副主任/年収558万円
