【仕事内容】

組織規模拡大に伴う社内システムの新規開発・運用保守をお任せいたします。

【具体的には】

社内向け人事システムの設計、開発、テスト、保守運用

社内ワークフローのシステム化提案、及び導入

組織拡大フェーズの当社において、よりゲーム開発に集中できる環境を構築するために、コーポレートエンジニアは非常に重要な立ち位置になります。

人事・労務・経理などの業務知識も開発業務を通じて、キャッチアップすることができます。

また、業務効率のためならAIなどの先進的な技術を使うことも可能です。

【求める人材】

・ 100人規模の社内システムの設計開発運用経験(1年以上)

・ LPIC-1相当の基本的なLinuxの知識、経験

・ 日本語ネイティブもしくは日本語能力試験N1レベル以上同等の日本語力

【歓迎】

・ Java、Goを使用したシステム開発経験

・ Springフレームワークを使用した開発経験

・ MySQLなどのRDBMSの実務経験

・ BigQuery、Snowflakeを使用した分析業務

・ AWS、GCPなどのパブリッククラウドを使用した開発運用経験

・ LLMを含む自然言語処理技術を使用した課題解決およびPoCの経験

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
