【職務内容】
リスティング広告、DSP、SNS広告、D2C商材向けの運用型広告、アフィリエイト広告などの提案から運用までを担う組織のマネジメント業務をお任せします。
課長職は6~8名程度のチームを担当。
ご経験・適性に応じて、営業チームまたは運用チームのいずれかをお任せします。
部長職は営業・運用の両チーム、もしくは複数チームの統括を想定しています。
【具体的には】
■業務管理:担当部署の目標を達成するためのKPIの設定、戦略策定、管理などお任せします。
■業務改善:業務効率を上げるための改善案の立案及び実行。マニュアル、トークスクリプト、管理表の作成、更新など。
■売上施策:新サービス、キャンペーン等、売上に繋がる企画や、改善の立案をしていただきます。
■メンバーの教育:制度設計から、知識、技術研修、テスト作成、部下のキャリアパスの設定、目標策定など。
また、ビジネスの考え方やコミュニケーション力、社会性などの、人間教育もお任せします。
【求める人材】
・ 課長以上のマネジメント経験
・運用型広告の実務経験(営業・フロント・バックエンド)または、SEO・Web制作・IT・Web商材の営業やディレクション経験
【給与】
年収600~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
