仕事内容:

  • 仕事内容

・電話対応含む各社との調整業務・支払関連業務(請求書のチェック、支払情報の入力)

会計処理は会計士の方に行っていただきますので、請求書のとりまとめ、支払業務がメインとなります。

・会計士からの質疑応答

・クリニック(医療機関)の入職者対応

直営クリニックに新たに入職された方の入職手続きに伴う情報のとりまとめと雇用契約書の締結手続きをお願いします。社会保険の手続きは社労士が行います

・クリニック従業員の勤怠締め作業

勤怠情報を取りまとめて社労士にデータを渡すまでの業務です。その後の給与計算社労士が行いますので、給与計算業務は発生しません。

・各種書類作成

・書類郵送対応

・その他、庶務業務

  • 必須要件

・経理経験、または人事総務経験 ※時短勤務可

・3年以上の社会人経験

・専門卒・短大卒・大卒以上

想定年収:400万円~700万円

月給:333,334円〜583,334円 ※月額=年俸÷12

基本給:246,628円〜431,599円

固定残業代:86,706円〜151,735円(45時間)

※固定残業時間超過分については別途支給

※ご経験やスキル、直近のご年収を踏まえ決定いたします。

※賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
