【仕事内容】


学習塾を運営する本部オフィスの事務スタッフを募集します。できることからお任せしていくので安心してくださいね

【具体的な仕事内容】

電話応対から学習塾ならではの事務作業まで、さまざまな業務をお任せします。

・電話応対(保護者様からの連絡がメイン)

・入塾の申し込み対応

・月謝の請求業務(システム確認、変更等)

・月謝引き落とし対応のシステム入力

・教材の発注

・講義で使うプリントのコピーを各校舎へ送付

・社員の問い合わせ対応(書類確認、内容修正)

電話対応は保護者の方からの連絡などが多く、クレーム対応はほとんどありません難しい内容の電話は担当者が対応するのでご安心ください。

【1日のスケジュール例

  • 10:00~18:00勤務の場合

・午前:電話対応やメールチェック、入力業務等

・お昼休憩60分

・午後:入力業務を中心に電話対応や資料発送等

・15:00~21:00の5時間勤務(週4勤務)

・12:00~18:00の5時間勤務(週5勤務)

※フルタイム勤務も可能です

はじめての方も安心してスタートできます。入社後は、エリアマネージャーや先輩講師と一緒に、模擬授業やロールプレイを重ねながら授業の進め方を丁寧に学びます。

生徒との接し方、説明のコツ、教える楽しさ――少しずつ自信を積み重ねていける研修です。得意・不得意の科目があっても大丈夫。面談の際に希望を聞いたうえで、担当科目を一緒に決めていきます。

実際に、今いる講師の9割が未経験からのスタート。「人の成長を支えたい」という想いさえあれば、しっかり先生になれます。
