DXによるマーケティングの革新、競争力強化として以下項目の実現に取り組みます。・営業プロセスにおける各種データ管理の高度化及び活用提案
・WebやSNS等を活用した顧客接点の創出と得られたデータの管理及びデータを活用した施策等の提案/伴走
・マーケティング高度化による新規顧客開拓や新しいビジネスの創出
これらの実現のため、現場に密着して課題を見出し、デジタルマーケティング活用による解決策を提案します。また、自らシステムの開発や実証、導入を通じ営業マーケティングの革新に結びつけます。
■具体的な業務
営業・マーケティングプロセスの高度化推進
・全社共通基盤として展開するSalesforceに関わるサービス内容や改善項目の立案と実装
・WebサイトやMarketing 応募資格
大卒以上
Salesforceの導入/運用保守などの実務経験(3年以上)
・Salesforce導入にあたり、要件ヒアリングから提案及び詳細仕様策定、DBスキーマ―設計
・プロトタイプの作成、apexによる機能開発
・Marketing Automationツールとの連携など、外部サービス、基幹システムとの連携開発
Salesforceの実務経験につながるIT業務経験(3年以上)
・オープンWeb系の開発経験(フロントエンド、バックエンド)
・JavaScript、C#、PHPなどの開発経験
・Marketing Automationツールの導入/運用経験
・Salesforce認定資格
・マルケト認定エキスパート
・応用情報技術者試験
・データベーススペシャリスト、システムアーキテクト など
営業・マーケティングのDX推進における課題解決に取り組める方
・多様な分野の人とコミュニケーションを取ることができる方
・事業の業務プロセスを俯瞰して理解できる方
・論理的思考をもち、専門家でない相手にも分かりやすく説明できる方
・最先端の技術情報を積極的に収集し、より高い技術力を追求する意欲がある方 待遇
総合職 226,350円以上
(30歳標準 月給:332,000円 年収:5,820,000円)
(40歳標準 月給:543,000円 年収:9,510,000円)
※上記金額は手当・残業代を含みません。
