福祉施設を支える本社の人事労務ポジション

入退社手続きや勤怠管理など、

従業員が安心して働ける環境づくりを行う業務です

労務の経験がなくても、

OJTやチームのサポート体制でじっくり成長できます

<具体的には…>

・入退社書類の作成・届け出対応

・社会保険の手続き(取得・喪失)

・勤怠データのチェック・管理

・給与計算のサポート業務

・健康診断の手配など衛生管理

<【研修充実で未経験OK】>

労務の知識がゼロでも大丈夫

入社後は入退社手続きや勤怠管理など、

基本業務からスタートし、1~2ヶ月かけて丁寧にOJT。

給与計算や社保など専門的な部分も、

段階を踏んで教えてもらえるため安心して成長できます。

「前職は販売職でした」というスタッフも

今では労務の中心メンバーとして活躍中です。

【必須条件】

・基本的なPCスキル(Word・Excel)

・人事・労務・総務の実務経験者(業界不問)

・給与計算・社会保険手続きの経験者

勤務時間詳細


9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

  • 残業はほぼなく、基本定時退社
  • 仕事後に趣味やリフレッシュの時間も確保できます

基本給:時給 1400円 〜 1600円
