仕事内容

  • 雑貨メーカーの専門職として商品企画、商品開発などをお任せします
  • 企画から商品化まで、ものづくりの醍醐味を味わえます
  • 商品企画/新商品の企画、商品デザイン起こし、パッケージデザイン、素材の選定・生産工場との交渉、試作品の作成・量産品の品質管理など
  • 商品カタログ作成

※商品化までは期間は4ヶ月からとスピーディー、担当一人当たり年5~20案件程かかわります。ブランド別に一人で担当する案件から、チームで担当する案件まで様々です。

高校卒業以上

業界を超えて(アパレル、アクセサリー、花園芸業界、文具、本屋、家電系専門店などから)雑貨を導入する需要がどんどん増しております。また当社としても新たな業界にどんどんチャレンジしておりヘルスアンドビューティー系、スポーツフィットネス系、リラクゼーション系、園芸花業界、ペット産業などこれからの時代は、今後見込める様々な需要に応えるべく私たちに何ができるかを考え新しい発想や考えをもって挑戦し続けていくことと考えます。こういった状況を踏まえさらなる事業拡大し、体制強化のため、増員、募集することになりました。

年収 円 ~ 円

月給 250000円 ~ 350000円

※経験・スキルを考慮の上優遇いたします。

※試用期間あり(3ヶ月~6ヶ月)

※試用期間3ヶ月は月給203000、それ以降は月給25~35万円

経験や進み具合でなど状況によって決まります。

※昇給/年1回(4月)

※業績賞与/年2回

※試用期間は契約社員となります。試用期間中は契約社員としての雇用となりますが、その後、正社員として労働契約を締結します。
