チームについて

インターナル・コミュニケーション・マネージャーは、Woven by Toyotaのコミュニケーション&マーケティングチームに所属し、グローバル・インターナル・コミュニケーションの責任者にレポートします。このチームは、Woven by Toyotaのビジネスを支える役割を担っており、私たちのパーパス、ビジョン、ミッション、そしてバリューがすべてのステークホルダーに明確に伝わり、共有されるよう努めています。また、Woven by Toyotaがトヨタのモビリティカンパニーへの変革を支援する上で、重要な役割を果たすチームでもあります。

Woven by Toyotaでは、バイリンガルで創造力があり、高い組織力を持つ社員エンゲージメント、社内イベント、コミュニケーションのアシスタントマネージャーをインターナルコミュニケーションチームで日本に勤務するメンバーとし迎えたいと考えています。

このポジションでは、社内のデジタルコミュニケーションチャネルの運用や、社員のエンゲージメント施策のサポートを通じて、「つながり」「情報共有」「インスピレーション」に満ちた社員体験を形づくっていただきます。

日本語・英語の両方で優れたストーリーテリングができ、細部にまで目が行き届き、人々がつながりを感じられるような支援に情熱を持っている方を歓迎します。たとえば、魅力的な社員インタビューの制作、Slack上のコミュニティ運営、あるいは社内イベントの丁寧なサポートなど、さまざまな形で活躍いただけます。

業務内容

各事業部門の社員エンゲージメントを高めるため、ビジネスリーダーと連携し、コミュニケーション戦略や施策についてアドバイスを行う
タウンホールミーティング、グローバルオールハンズ、社員向けイベントなど、社内イベントに関するコミュニケーションをビジネスチームとともに支援・助言する
社内編集カレンダーを管理し、ビジネス上の重要なマイルストーンやグローバルコミュニケーションの目標と連動させてストーリーを整理する
社内ニュース記事、イントラネット投稿、デジタルチラシ、Slack投稿、各種アップデートを日本語・英語の両方で執筆・発信する
各チャネルのコンテンツとエンゲージメントを管理し、タイムリーで関連性があり、社員を中心としたコミュニケーションを実現する
ファミリー&フレンズ・デーやオフィスでのアクティベーションなど、ローカルな社員体験を主要ステークホルダーと連携して企画・実行する
イントラネットのコンテンツを定期的に更新・管理し、各チームに対してページの最適化についてアドバイスを行う
社内すべてのチャネルで、トーン・タイミング・メッセージの一貫性を保つ
グローバルのコミュニケーション&マーケティングチームや他部門と密に連携し、統合されたコミュニケーションを推進する
(※歓迎要件)動画、ビジュアル、ポッドキャスト形式などのクリエイティブなアイデアやコンテンツフォーマットの提案・制作に貢献する

必須条件

社内コミュニケーション、社員エンゲージメント、イベント運営、またはそれに関連する業務での実務経験が6年以上ある方
日本語および英語においてプロフェッショナルレベルの言語能力を有し、両言語での優れた文章作成・編集スキルを持つ方
Notion、Staffbase、Slack などの社内デジタルツールを使用した経験がある方
コミュニケーション戦略と実行にしっかりと配慮しながら、社員向けイベントの支援・助言を行った実績がある方
優れた組織運営力およびプロジェクト管理スキルを有する方
異なる文化やタイムゾーンをまたいで協働できる、協調性と主体性のあるマインドセットを持つ方
細部まで注意を払い、高品質な成果物を提供することに誇りを持てる方
