仕事内容

【高時給1,700円以上/経験不問/研修あり/大手企業/年休120日以上/お休み理解あり】

・システムを導入している病院からの問い合わせ対応(電話7割、メール3割)

例)システムの不具合、こんな時はどうしたらいいのか?など

・システムの定期メンテナンス(マニュアルに沿って対応)

・新しいプログラムのリリース時は、みんなで使って練習する時間あり

教育マニュアルがあります。1日目にやること、1週間でできてほしいのはここまでなど指導の計画が決まっているので安心

前任者も未経験からスタートされています。
