販売、接客、営業と聞くと、どうしても毎月の「ノルマ」というイメージを連想します。

しかし、ノルマは一切なし数字に目がいくあまり、お客様のことを考えれなくなってしまう。それでは本末転倒です。スタッフがリラックスして、単純に目の前のお客様を楽しませり、信頼関係を築く方がとても大切な事だと思います。どうやって売るかではなく、買う、買わないを決めるのはお客様。では、日々どうやってお客様を笑わせるか、そこはめっちゃ大事です。

勤務時間・曜日:

・9:00~18:00(実働7.5時間)

*会社の営業時間は8:00~19:00です。

休暇・休日:

・休日ー週休2日制(会社は月曜日が定休日)

・大型連休ー正月、GW、お盆、慶弔休暇

・交通費支給(当社規定あり)

給与:

随時昇給有り

[業務委託] フルコミッション制

※月収例(平均的な月給例です)

月収20~23万円(入社1ヶ月)

月収30~35万(入社6ヶ月)

月収55~65万(フルコミッション+業績給)支店マネージャー

月収150~300万円(会社経営サイド独立支援で独立後)入社1年〜3年

管理職手当や支店オーナー手当なども支給してるので月収100万円以上も全く夢ではありません
