Job Description
- Define and implement AOI process for SAW Wafer Substrate and in-line process defectivity assessment/detection.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand process specificities and product requirements, defining inspection criteria.
- Develop and optimize AOI algorithms to detect defects, faults, and patterns.
- Define methodologies to configure and calibrate AOI equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Analyze inspection data, create reports and dashboards, and provide feedback to process engineers.
- Evaluate new AOI equipment and solutions, staying updated on industry innovations.
- Develop, maintain, and audit AOI processes, training and supporting production staff.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Electrical engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AOI systems for semiconductor industry, with knowledge of image processing and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional level of written and verbal communication in English.
