The job involves leading edge trimming and grinding processes, taking ownership of equipment, and supporting sample processing. Responsibilities include handling excursions, driving corrective actions, and applying statistical process control methods. You'll work cross-functionally to define integration requirements and establish best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Physics, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in process engineering, with 4 years in Edge Trimming or Grinding.
• Expert understanding of edge trimming/grinding equipment.
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments, statistical process control, and analysis tools.
• Experience in creating work instructions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Pragmatic attitude with a result- and data-driven mentality.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
