営業と商品企画に関われるポジションです。

クライアント様へ洋菓子案件の依頼を獲得するため、大手商社等を中心に自ら企画案を持ち込み、企画が通った後には、製造をし販売になります。

クライアントに自らかけあい、自社商品をいかに展開していくかという企画要素がとても強い営業職となります

【具体的な業務イメージ】

■タイアップ先の想定と商品の企画

■企画案作成

■クライアントニーズの聞き取り

■開発部門や製造部門と連携し、商品の企画提案

■商品の試作品を制作し、お客さまと打合せ

■納期管理、出荷手配

■受注後は製造ラインの確保、数量調整

【一日のスケジュール】

・08:50 出社

・09:00 朝礼&社内MTG、メールチェック

・09:15ー11:50 取引先との商談&取扱商品のレビューチェック

・12:00 お昼休憩

・13:00ー16:15 取引先との商談&取扱商品のレビューチェック、店舗視察

・16:30 取引先から得た情報のまとめ、商品の在庫チェック

・17:00 営業戦略会議

・17:45 日報作成

・18:00 帰宅

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,500,000 〜 ¥7,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,000〜¥120,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

※報酬額は経験や現年収を加味して、決定いたします。
