To train shop clerks (or BA), internal staffs as well as clients, on brand related products and services
Develop and execute training solutions required to support the business objectives, sales targets by analyzing the business needs from the field or customers
Create training materials and counter tools, by collaborating with the other teams by analyzing the business needs from the field or customers
Execute or demonstrate the actual training sessions (the brand training, new product training, retraining, managers training etc.)
Communicate well with the field or beauty advisers, to support and ensure their actual practices
Interact effectively with other internal teams (Product, PR, MD and the brand DMI or APEC zone),
Must Have Aspects 必須項目
"Metier" (専門分野) expertise (hair, skincare and make-up, fragrances...)
Brand and product knowledge
Excellent knowledge of business environment and culture
Persuasive presentation, excellent communication, and interpersonal & networking skills
Passion for education, transfer of his her know-how and ability to engage teams
Training delivery skills
PC & Microsoft Office skills
