Job Title:

To Train Brand Ambassadors

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to train shop clerks, internal staff, and clients on brand-related products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs from the field or customers to develop and execute training solutions that support business objectives and sales targets.
  • Create training materials and counter tools by collaborating with other teams.
  • Execute or demonstrate actual training sessions, including brand training, new product training, retraining, and manager training.
  • Communicate effectively with field staff and beauty advisers to support their practices.
  • Interact with internal teams, including Product, PR, MD, and the brand DMI or APEC zone.

Requirements:

Must-Have Aspects:

1. Specialized knowledge in hair, skincare, and make-up, as well as fragrances.

2. In-depth brand and product knowledge.

3. Excellent understanding of the business environment and culture.

4. Persuasive presentation, communication, and interpersonal & networking skills.

5. Passion for education and ability to engage teams.

6. Training delivery skills.

7. Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hairdresser license.
  • Internal or external trainer experience.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
