【仕事内容】
【機械オペレーター】
- フィルムの製造や加工に必要な機械の操作と、それに関連する準備や梱包作業をお任せします。
・プラスチックの粒状や粉状の原料を機械に投入したり、加工する前のフィルムを機械にセットしたりします。
・専用の機械(製袋機など)を操作して、フィルムの製造、印刷、貼り合わせ、袋への成形を行います。
・フィルムの厚みや加工温度、製造速度などを設定し、調整します。
・機械が正常に動いているかを常に監視し、不具合があれば停止や調整を行います。
・成形されたフィルムや製品(袋など)に傷や汚れ、色ムラ、規格外の形状などの不具合がないかを目視や専用の器具を使って検査します。
・ヒートシールの強度やフィルムの貼り合わせ状態もチェックします。
・機械から出てきた完成品やロール状のフィルムを取り出して運びます。
・完成した製品(袋など)は、個数や形を整えて箱詰めし、出荷準備をします。
【作業の特徴】
立ち作業が中心で、動きのある仕事です。
原料や製品の運搬や交換など、時には力仕事もあります。
基本的には一人で作業を行いますが、他の作業員とのコミュニケーションが必要な場面もあります。

*未経験者でも安心機械が難しい作業を担当するため、マニュアルに従いながら簡単な操作からスタート。少しずつ技術を身につけることができます。
*扱う製品(食品パッケージや日用品の袋など)の種類が豊富で、さまざまなサイズや仕様に対応できる柔軟性を養えます。また、製品ごとに機械を調整するスキルも身につきます。
*作業に支障がない程度であれば、ネイルもOK。髪色は派手でなければ、一般的な茶色なども問題ありません。
*4勤2休のシフト制で、年間休日134日。大型連休(年末、GW、お盆)もあり、プライベートの時間もしっかり確保できます。

(1)日勤:08:00~16:45 実働8時間 休憩:12:00~12:45(45分)
