このポジションは、製造業を中心としたクライアントに対し、クラウドインフラの設計・構築・運用をリードするポジションです。
AzureやAWSを中心としたパブリッククラウド環境において、ハイブリッドモデルの運用最適化や自動化推進を行い、顧客のDX推進と継続的なIT運用改善を支援していただきます。
200名規模のインフラ専門チームの一員として、クラウド・サーバ・セキュリティ・IT運用など幅広い領域に携わり、グローバルメンバーとの協働によるハイブリッドプロジェクト環境でスキルを磨くことができます。
また、将来的にはマネージドサービス全体の運用設計やShared Operationの確立にも関わり、チームリーダー・ソリューションアーキテクト・プロジェクトマネージャーへのキャリアアップも目指せます。
スキル・資格
【必要条件】
・単独でパブリッククラウド(AWS/Azureなど)のIaaS提案から設計構築の経験を有している。また運用フェーズにおいて運用設計の経験がある。
・顧客の環境をアセスメントし、あるべき姿を描き、クラウドトランスフォーメイションの推進ができる
・OS skills( Windows server, Linux, (Unix)). Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
・プログラムスキル:Python、シェルスクリプト
【歓迎条件】
PaaS領域におけるマイクロサービスなどの経験があれば尚可
・AWS、Azureのみならず、他のPublic Cloud(GCP、OCI)などの経験もあれば尚可
・運用効率化の為、自動化の実装等の経験があれば尚可
・海外メンバーと業務をした経験がある。
【英語力】
・英語必須(最低限片言でも日常会話が自力でできるレベル。ビジネスレベルであればさらに良い)

業務内容
【仕事内容】
主にパブリッククラウド(Azure/AWS)における運用サービスを提供し、顧客のインフラの維持管理を担当頂きます。
また、新規受注に運用領域の見積、運用設計、実運用などのプロセス担当頂く事もあります。
今後、運用設計、Shared Operationにも注力していく為に運用サービスの適正化、拡大をになって頂きます。

【部門紹介】
主にインフラの構築、運用を提供し、共通サービスを顧客に提供している。クラウド、サーバ、セキュリティ、IT運用。
様々な顧客のインフラ運用、サービス提供を実施。Hybridモデルの運用を主軸とし、IT運用の現状と課題を見える化し、統合運用、標準化、継続的運用改善を実施。
部門としては200名程度が在籍しており、様々なインフラ運用サービスを行っています。
【プロジェクト紹介】
パブリッククラウド(AzureやAWS)をご利用の顧客に対し、サービスや運用プロセスの標準化、自動化による効率化を図り、競争力の高いマネージドクラウドサービス(クラウドリソース提供/構築/移行/運用の各種サービス)を提供、オフショアと連携したハイブリッド運用の拡大や新規サービスの追加なども対応頂きます。サービスに関するルール化、ドキュメント作成、プロセス改善なども含まれます。
また、サービス拡大に向けてインフラ運用設計、Shared Operationにも今後注力したいと考えており、ニーズの高いマネージドサービスを確立するための募集となります。
長期的にはマネージドサービスの案件をリード、マネジメントも実施頂きます。
