仕事内容


放課後や留守家庭となる児童が、

安心・安全に過ごせる居場所づくりを行うお仕事です。

まずは補助業務からスタートし、

できることから少しずつお任せしていきます。

【具体的には】

・児童の見守り、声かけ

・宿題や勉強のサポート

・遊びの相手

・室内の清掃

・その他付随する業務 など

  • 先輩職員の声(30代・女性/有資格者)

前職は保育士でした。

忙しさに追われる毎日が続き、

「もっと子ども一人ひとりと向き合いたい」と思うように。

今は学童支援員として、

子どもたちと同じ目線で関わりながら、
