3週間の研修制度+先輩社員のフォローがあるので、安心してスタートできます。

配属後も必ずチームでの仕事となり、先輩が横についてサポートしてくれる環境です。

------研修内容------

STEP1:基礎知識の習得

・基本的な流れ、知識の研修から始めます。

・動画×実践で基礎を学んでいただきます

STEP2:実践トレーニング

・プログラミング基礎を理解していきましょう。

・エラーが出た場合の修正等の研修を行います。

STEP3:現場シミュレーション

・チームでの制作ワークを体験

すぐに先輩社員に聞ける環境を整えております。

------業務内容------

研修終了後はチームの一員として先輩のフォローを受けながら以下の業務に携わります。

・システムやアプリのテスト業務

・ WEBサイトやアプリの設計・デザイン補助

・コーディングや簡単なプログラミング作業

・既存サイトの更新・修正・運用サポート

ゆくゆくはWEBやアプリの企画、設計、開発までお任せいたします。

勤務時間・曜日:

■雇用形態:正社員

■実働時間:10:00~19:00(8時間/日)

■休憩:お昼休憩(1時間)とは別に、2時間毎に10分休憩を設けております

■残業なし(残業が発生した場合は、残業時間分の残業代を支給致します)
