当社はDay1から大企業をメインターゲットに据え、伊藤忠商事やアシックス、イオンなど、スタートアップとしては稀有な大企業への導入実績を誇っています。

日本企業は今後、2027年3月期から順次、有価証券報告書でのより詳細なサステナビリティ情報の開示が求められるようになっていきます。

仕事内容
■業務概要:
サステナビリティ経営を加速するプラットフォーム「booost Sustainability」は、現在プライム市場上場企業様を中心に、小売・通信・製造業など業界問わずご導入いただいております。
ますます拡大する事業に併せて開発組織もスケールさせていく必要があり、これまでに培ってこられた経験、知識を活かしながら、「booost Sustainability」の開発を進めていただきます。
【プロダクト】
サステナビリティ経営を加速するプラットフォーム「booost Sustainability」
■業務詳細:
- AWSクラウド環境の設計、構築、運用、管理
- SREプラクティスの推進 (SLI/SLOの設計、Toil削減、インシデントレスポンス改善など)
- インフラの運用効率化、トラブル予防の仕組みづくり
- クラウドセキュリティの確保、脆弱性管理の継続的改善 等
■開発環境
- インフラ:AWS(EC2/RDS/ALB/GuardDuty/CloudWatch/etc)、OpenTofu(terraform)、Ansible
- データベース:MySQL
- バックエンド:PHP(一部Python)
- フレームワーク:Laravel
- フロントエンド:React. js、
- デプロイ/ビルド:Github
- コミュニケーション:Slack、ASANA、Gather、Notion

<求める経験/スキル>
■必須条件
:
- AWSを用いたWeb3層アーキテクチャの設計・構築・運用(およびその自動化・改善)経験
- Linuxサーバの構築・運用経験
- Infrastructure as Code(terraformなど)の経験
- 日本語にてコミュニケーションが可能なこと / Native-like fluency in Japanese
■歓迎条件:
- 大規模サービスのインフラ設計、運用、構築経験
- 可用性 / セキュリティ / 耐障害性の観点及びビジネスとしての必須要件を元にクラウド上でインフラ設計し構成管理できる点
- SREプラクティス実践のリード経験
- CI/CD環境の構築経験
- コンテナベースのアーキテクチャの設計・構築・運用経験
- OSSや技術コミュニティへの貢献活動の経験
- テックリード等の技術に関する意思決定責任者の経験
- クライメート/エネルギー業界における開発のご経験
- Python3を用いたスクリプト作成経験
