<業務内容>
都政DXグループは、東京全体のDXを実現するため、行政サービスのデジタル化や、業務システムの構築などによる東京都庁各局や政策連携団体のDX推進を技術的な側面を中心に支援する役割を担っております。
今回募集するポジションでは、都庁と協働体制を構築し、都政における基幹系システムの更改Pjtにおけるリード役としてご活躍いただく事を期待いたします。
具体的な業務内容は、以下の通りです(一例)
行政の基幹系システムの開発の企画や立案(BPR含む)の支援
行政の基幹系システムの進行管理、進捗把握支援
関係者への進捗報告、情報提供
プロジェクト間のコーディネーション
スタッフのマネジメント

自責で物事を考えることが出来る応募概要給与月給:70万円〜81万円
基本給 57万円〜66万円(固定残業手当を除く)
固定残業手当 13万円〜15万円(時間外労働の有無にかかわらず、30時間分の時間外手当を支給)
※30 時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給
想定年収:950万円~1,100万円 ※賞与(年2回)含む
※賞与は標準評価に基づいた金額を想定。賞与額は評価により変動する勤務地一般財団法人GovTech東京 本社

一般財団法人GovTech東京が定める場所勤務体系標準の勤務時間:フルフレックスタイム制(フレキシブルタイム7:00~22:00、標準労働時間8時間、休憩1時間)
【契約期間】
採用の日から1年6か月を経過した日の翌日以降における最初の9月30日又は3月31日まで
※2025年10月入職の場合は2027年9月30日まで、2026年4月入職の場合は2028年3月31日まで
※勤務実績考慮の上、1年毎に更新を最大3回(最長5年間)行う事ができます

土曜日、日曜日、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日から1月3日まで)、その他団体が定める日
年次有給休暇20日(初年度は、入職月によって変動)
