【主な業務内容】

計画業務:施工計画の作成および発注者との協議・打ち合わせ

管理業務:工程管理、安全管理、原価管理、品質管理の総合マネジメント

技術業務:写真管理、測量作業、図面作成、検査対応等の専門業務

指揮業務:3〜4名のチーム体制による現場の進行・指揮

・1級土木施工管理技士(補)または2級土木施工管理技士(補)をお持ちの方歓迎

・資格がなくても、土木工事の現場経験がある方は歓迎します

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

・責任感が強く、チームでの円滑な仕事進行のためにコミュニケーション能力や協調性を大切にできる方

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間:8:00~18:00(実働8時間)

・休憩時間:120分

・平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日~22日

・現場への直行直帰スタイルです。

・基本給:月給 40万円 〜 70万円(固定残業代なし)

※固定残業代は職務経歴、能力、配置職務等により異なります。

・給与は面接時に経験・能力・資格等を踏まえて相談の上決定します。

・年収例:

30歳代(有資格者):500万円~800万円

40歳代(有資格者):700万円~1000万円

50歳代(有資格者の管理職):800〜1200万円
