【仕事内容について】
LIXIL製品を中心とした住宅資材(サッシ・
ドア・水まわり製品など)を、
長年お付き合いのある既存のお客様や
新規先に提案するルート営業です。
過度なノルマはなく、
「この人だからまたお願いしたい」
と思ってもらえる関係性を築くお仕事です。
見積り作成などの事務作業は
社内スタッフが担当するため、営業活動に
集中できる環境です。
【具体的には・・・】
・既存顧客への定期訪問(ルート営業)
・現場確認、プランの作成、商品提案
・軽微な納品業務(運転あり)
・社内での簡単な事務処理
【1日のスケジュール(例)】
8:00 出社・朝礼
9:00 顧客訪問/現場確認・提案活動
12:00 昼休憩
13:00 午後の顧客訪問・軽納品・打合せ
16:30 帰社・事務処理
17:30 退社(基本18時には帰宅)

勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日
8:00~17:30(実働8時間)
- 毎週水曜はノー残業デーで定時退社
- 残業月平均15時間以内
- 残業はあっても1日30分~1時間程度
- その日の仕事が終われば定時退勤可能です
- 営業車貸与あり(通勤利用OK)
休日休暇
週休2日制(土日祝)
※月1回土曜出社あり

・夏季休暇、年末年始、有給、慶弔休暇

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額
基本給:月給 26万円 〜
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり4万3000円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
