【仕事内容】

クライアント対応における営業事務業務全般を担当していただきます。

営業担当と連携しながら、取引のスムーズな進行を支える重要なポジションです。

【業務内容】

  • 発注書作成、商品の配送手配、運送会社との連絡調整、クライアントからの問い合わせ対応などが主な業務です
  • クライアントからの発注に対する発注書作成
  • 商品の配送・集荷に関する手配業務
  • 運送会社との事務的なやり取り
  • 営業提案以外のクライアントとのコミュニケーション(商品配送に関する連絡、発注のオフ連絡など)

ご経験に応じて、将来的には経理・総務などのバックオフィス業務も担当いただく可能性があります。

勤務地住所:東京都江東区亀戸7丁目24-5(亀戸オフィス)

アクセス:東武鉄道亀戸線「亀戸水神駅」より徒歩約4分

総武線「亀戸駅」より徒歩約12分

【勤務時間】1か月単位の変形労働時間制

(週の平均労働時間40時間・1日の休憩時間1時間30分)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均10時間

10:00〜19:30の方が一般的な勤務時間です(休憩90分)

※ただ、顧客対応や個人の事情を考慮し、就業時間に関しては柔軟に対応しています

例えば8:00に出勤17:30に退勤というようなことも可能です。個人にあわせて時短勤務ができますので、お気軽にご相談ください

【給与】

330万円〜455万円

月給制 基本給206387円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月30時間分として47963円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。

支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)上限30000円
