当社は、"メーカー機能 × 医療品卸"を兼ね備えた、医療美容領域に特化した成長企業です。自社では、穴加工・曲げ・長さ調整など細かなカスタマイズに対応できる注射針・カニューレを製造し、国内品質の高さから多くのドクターに支持されています。

メーカーとしての開発力と、卸としての調達・供給力の両方を持つことで、クリニックの課題に一気通貫で応えることができる企業として成長を続けています。

【仕事内容】

美容クリニック・大学病院・研究室で使用される注射針などの美容医療機器、医療機器の製造・販売事業における営業事務担当として、以下のような業務を担って頂きます。社内外の関係者と信頼関係を築きながら、スムーズな受発注業務を支える社内の中核ポジションです。

<業務内容>

・既存顧客との窓口・電話対応

・データ入力、伝票や見積の作成業務

・お客様から発注を受けた製品の「簡単な組み立て~梱包~出荷」業務

・各作業工程(商品の入荷・出荷・在庫保管)の管理

・品質向上/効率化に向けた仕組み作り

・その他オフィス内で発生する事務業務 など

<ポジションの特徴>

・受発注だけでなく、顧客対応や在庫・出荷の調整を担い、現場を支える"中心的なポジション"としてご活躍いただけます。

・入社後の早い段階から担当を持ち、実務を通じて業界知識や幅広い事務スキルを身につけていただくことが可能です。

・ノルマや営業目標はなく、数字に追われる働き方ではありません。

・「自発的に会社の課題解決に臨み、自分の力を試したい」という方には、適切評価する方針です。

・事業拡大フェーズのため、中長期的に事務職としてのステップアップが見込める環境です。

【教育体制】

経験によりますが、概ね1年程度は研修期間として、OJTを中心に丁寧に研修を行います。

【必須要件】

・中小企業での営業事務経験

  • 顧客からの問い合わせ対応
  • 受発注業務の対応

・社内外に配慮しつつ、適切なコミュニケーションを取ることができる

・年齢に関係なく、必要な指摘や解決策を提案することができる

・基本的なPCスキル

  • 取引先とのメール対応
  • 販売管理システムへの情報入力

・普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 228000円 ~ 357000円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:36,000円~57,000円

みなし残業時間:25.00時間

前職考慮、月25時間の固定残業含む(超過別途支給)

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月
