AI/AXエンジニアとして、最先端のAI技術を駆使したソリューションの企画からクライアントへの実装まで、全フェーズでご活躍いただくことを期待しています。

■AIエージェントの企画・設計・開発

顧客の業務課題を解決する、自律型のAIエージェントをゼロから創り上げます。

■Google Cloud × Generative AI を駆使したLLMのカスタマイズとチューニング

Generative AI (Gemini) や Vertex AI を活用し、特定のドメインやタスクに特化した高性能なAIモデルを構築します。

■AIアプリケーションの迅速な実装

最新のフレームワークを駆使し、プロトタイピングから本番実装までをスピーディに推進します。

■大手企業へのAX技術コンサルティング

顧客の経営層や現場担当者と直接対話し、AIを活用した未来の業務プロセスやビジネスモデルを共に描きます。

■LLM Ops環境の構築と運用

AIモデルの継続的なパフォーマンス改善と安定稼働を実現するための仕組みを設計・構築します。

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

■何らかのクラウドプラットフォーム (Google Cloud AWS, Azure) 上でのアプリケーション開発・運用経験

■GoやPythonを用いた3年以上の開発実務経験

■LLM / Generative Alや機械学習に関する基礎知識と開発実務経験

<求めるマインド【必須】>

■AIの最新技術トレンドを自らキャッチアップし、手を動かして試すのが好きな方

■技術を手段として、顧客のビジネス課題解決に貢献したいという強い意志のある方

■不確実性の高い状況でも、仮説検証を繰り返しながら主体的にプロジェクトを前進できる方
