Marketer (Content, Social & Paid Ads) – Tokyo

Tokyo, Japan

E-Housing is hiring a hands-on Marketer to create, manage, and optimize content across digital platforms. This is not a planning-only role. You will create, shoot, edit, write, analyze, and collaborate.
At E-Housing, marketing is creative and data-driven. We use performance data to improve content — not to make decks.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
Produce short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
Collaborate with influencers and external creators
Deep understanding of social media trends, formats, hooks, and pacing
Shoot and edit videos using iPhone with strong visual taste
Contribute creative ideas for content series and campaigns
Writing & Editorial
Write captions, scripts, and content outlines
Create strong article titles and content angles
Produce data-backed articles and content
Support blog and long-form content creation when needed
Paid Ads & Data
Manage Meta ads (planning, testing, and optimization)
Read and analyze performance data to improve marketing output
Turn ad and analytics insights into better content, hooks, and messaging
Support data-driven decision making across campaigns
Required Qualifications
Strong English communication skills
Proven understanding of social media content creation
Experience with Meta ads and performance analysis
Able to shoot and edit videos independently
Creative with a strong eye for houses, interiors, and layout
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Bonus Skills
Experience working with influencers
Background in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
SEO or analytics experience
