仕事内容:

We're building our digital presence and need a hands-on Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern who can create content, execute consistently, and help grow our audience on TikTok and Instagram.

This is not a "watch and learn" internship. You'll be creating real content that goes live, testing ideas, and contributing to growth. If you're the type who actually enjoys making content and improving based on results, you'll do well here.

What you'll work on

• Create social media content using Canva (posts, carousels, short-form videos)
• Manage and post content on TikTok and Instagram
• Help grow followers and engagement through creative content
• Brainstorm and test content ideas and formats
• Turn simple briefs into clean, effective visuals and short videos
• Track what works and improve content over time

What we're looking for

• Comfortable using Canva (you should already know how to use it)
• Familiar with TikTok & Instagram content formats
• Creative thinker who can also execute, not just talk
• Reliable, responsive, and able to hit deadlines
• Willing to learn fast and improve based on feedback

Nice to have (not required)

• Any experience growing a social media account (personal or work)
• Basic understanding of what performs well on TikTok/Instagram
• Simple video editing skills

勤務時間・曜日:

Remote. Flexible hours. Output-based role with weekly content targets and deadlines.

休暇・休日:

Flexible schedule. No fixed office hours. You can take time off with prior notice. No paid leave or formal vacation policy for interns.

Remote (work from anywhere). No physical office. No business travel required.

Remote position. No commute required. Work from your own location with your own internet connection.

給与:

No fixed allowances. Compensation is hourly/project-based as stated. No overtime pay.
