このポジションでは、SEO Managerが立案する「オーガニック検索を通じたの価値最大化」戦略を軸に、多様なSEO/LLMO(大規模言語モデル最適化)施策を推進していただきます。検索アルゴリズムが劇的に変化する中で、最新の知見を武器に、企業がAgentic Enterpriseへの第一歩を踏み出すためのデジタル基盤づくりに貢献いただきます。
*<主な業務内容>*
コンテンツ品質管理と回遊施策の実行
制作された記事原稿がSEOのベストプラクティスに沿っているかのチェック(入稿管理)および、ユーザーの関心を深めるための最適な内部リンク設計を行います。
Webサイト改善プロジェクトの進行管理
Webエンジニア、コンテンツライター、社内関係者と連携し、施策がスケジュール通りに進むよう進行を管理します。
データ集計・モニタリング
GA4、Search Console、SEMRush等のツールを使用し、アクセス数や順位変動などのデータを集計。マネージャーが戦略を立てるための基礎データを作成します。
最新トレンドのリサーチ
変化の激しい検索市場において、AI検索(SGE/SearchGPT等)の動向や競合の動きをリサーチし、チームに共有します。

細かいデータの確認や、スケジュール管理を正確かつ着実に行える方。
コミュニケーション力
複数の関係者(社内外)と円滑に連携し、タスクを期日通りに完了させる調整能力。
論理的思考力と数値感覚
データを見て「なぜそうなったのか」を論理的に仮説立てできる思考力。
- Excelやスプレッドシートを用いた基本的なデータ集計作業の経験。(または抵抗がないこと。VLOOKUP/Pivot Table等)。

*<応募資格>
応募資格(Must-have)*
次のいずれかをお持ちの方
- 事業会社、代理店、制作会社のいずれかにおいて、Webサイトの運用、コンテンツ制作(編集・ライティング)、またはSEOの基礎的な実務に携わった経験。(2~3年)
- HTMLまたはWeb CMSツールに関する基礎知識、もしくは運用経験。
*歓迎するスキル・経験(Nice-to-have)*
- B2B(特にエンタープライズ向け)領域におけるコンテンツマーケティング戦略の経験または知見
- Tableau、Looker Studio、Salesforceなどのダッシュボードを活用し、分かりやすいレポートを作成した経験
- 英語に対する学習意欲(現時点で流暢である必要はありませんが、翻訳ツールを使いながら英語のドキュメントやツールに触れることに抵抗がない方を歓迎します)。
