自動車のエアバック開発に伴う試験・評価業務を担当いただきます。

身の回りの安全を技術で支えるプロジェクトになります。

  • 業務内容

エアバック試験・評価業務

・3次元試験3Dスキャナーを用いてエアバックの形状の評価

・展開試験エアバック展開した瞬間の評価

・インパクター試験エアバックの強度評価

・スレッドテスト専用の試験機を用いての衝撃負荷試験

・評価データの取り纏め

資格

  • 必須(いずれか一つ該当で可)

・製造業での業務経験2年以上(分野問わず)

・一般工具の使用経験(業務経験・DIYでの使用も可)

  • 歓迎スキル/経験

・高校、専門、大学、職業訓練校等での機械工学・機械加工専攻

・自動車業界での業務経験(組立・品質・検査)

・自動車整備士資格保有者

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00~18:00(プロジェクトにより異なる)

  • 年間休日123日(2025年度)
  • 完全週休2日制

(年2回土曜日の会社指定出勤日有り)

月給 23万円~35万円

(一律手当を含む)

  • 賞与:年2回(7月・12月)
  • 昇給:年2回(4月・10月)

※スキル経験年数を考慮し話し合いの上、優遇します。

【諸手当】

  • 普通残業/深夜残業手当/休日出勤手当(1分単位で全額支給)
  • 通勤費全額支給

(車の場合、ガソリン代を支給)

※社内規定あり

  • 家族手当 ※扶養者のみ
  • 日当支給 ※社内規定あり
  • 赴任手当

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者:50,000円/月

  • 借上社宅制度(社員寮)※単身・家族で利用可
  • 引越費用全額会社負担

※会社都合での転居(赴任先への引っ越し)の場合のみ

  • 赴任旅費
  • 帰省旅費支給

支給条件:

・赴任地と自宅の直線距離250Km以上

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者(1回/2カ月)

・扶養家族を有しない単身赴任者(1回/6カ月)

(※独身での転勤の場合、支給なし)

  • 慶弔見舞金支給
