【かすみがうら市】自動車エアバック開発における試験評価業務/リーダークラス

基本的には弊社クライアント様先に常駐していただき、業務に従事していただきます。

技術職のご経験がある方は、最初は今までのご経験等を活かしていただきながらの業務になります。

・自動車安全装置の開発における試験・評価業務

・大型建設系車両の開発における走行試験・騒音、振動試験業務

・配電盤は開発における通電試験、環境試験業務

・試験結果の取り纏め及び報告資料作成業務

資格

  • 必須(いずれか一つ該当で可)

・製造業での業務経験3年以上(分野問わず)

・一般工具の使用経験(業務経験・DIYでの使用も可)

  • 歓迎スキル/経験

・高校、専門、大学、職業訓練校等での機械工学・機械加工専攻

・自動車業界での業務経験(組立・品質・検査)

・自動車整備士資格保有者

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00~18:00(プロジェクトにより異なる)

  • 年間休日123日(2025年度)
  • 完全週休2日制

(年2回土曜日の会社指定出勤日有り)

月給 27万円~33万円

(一律手当を含む)

  • 賞与:年2回(7月・12月)
  • 昇給:年2回(4月・10月)

※スキル経験年数を考慮し話し合いの上、優遇します。

【諸手当】

  • 普通残業/深夜残業手当/休日出勤手当(1分単位で全額支給)
  • 通勤費全額支給

(車の場合、ガソリン代を支給)

  • 家族手当 ※扶養者のみ

  • 赴任手当

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者:50,000円/月

  • 借上社宅制度(社員寮)※単身・家族で利用可

※会社都合での転居(赴任先への引っ越し)の場合のみ

  • 赴任旅費

支給条件:

・赴任地と自宅の直線距離250Km以上

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者(1回/2カ月)

・扶養家族を有しない単身赴任者(1回/6カ月)
