当社メンバー多数在籍【茨城・土浦市】大型建設系車両/性能試験・評価業務

建設系車両開発における各種部品の性能テストや評価業務を一緒に担当してくれる方を募集いたします。

  • 業務内容

建設系車両開発における実験評価業務

(超大型ショベル・ホイールローダー・油圧シャベル等)

・各種測定器を使用しての振動・騒音計測および評価

・掘削、恒温、高地等の環境試験

・組み立て立ち合いや試験立会い業務

・車両点検、評価データの取り纏め

資格

  • 必須(いずれか一つ該当で可)

・製造業での業務経験1年以上(溶接・組立・品質管理等)

・高校、専門、大学での機械工学or機械加工専攻

  • 尚可

・種類問わずCADでの製図経験

実務経験のある方は大歓迎ですが、学校や職業訓練校で学ばれた方も同じく大歓迎です。

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00~18:00(プロジェクトにより異なる)

  • 完全週休2日制

(年2回土曜日の会社指定出勤日有り)

月給 23万円~30万円

(一律手当を含む)

  • 賞与:年2回(7月・12月)
  • 昇給:年2回(4月・10月)

※スキル経験年数を考慮し話し合いの上、優遇します。

【諸手当】

  • 普通残業/深夜残業手当/休日出勤手当(1分単位で全額支給)
  • 通勤費全額支給

(車の場合、ガソリン代を支給)

※社内規定あり

  • 家族手当 ※扶養者のみ

  • 赴任手当

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者:50,000円/月

  • 借上社宅制度(社員寮)※単身・家族で利用可
  • 引越費用全額会社負担

※会社都合での転居(赴任先への引っ越し)の場合のみ

  • 赴任旅費
  • 帰省旅費支給

支給条件:

・赴任地と自宅の直線距離250Km以上

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者(1回/2カ月)

・扶養家族を有しない単身赴任者(1回/6カ月)

(※独身での転勤の場合、支給なし)
