■仕事内容

本ポジションでは、アフリカを中心とした新興国市場や新分野(新規事業、先端テクノロジー等)において、市場調査・分析、戦略策定から実行支援までを一貫して担うコンサルティング業務に携わっていただきます。

AAICは、現地に根ざしたリサーチ力、豊富なコンサルティング実績に加え、投資や事業運営の実体験を有しています。そのため、戦略立案にとどまらず、実行フェーズを見据えた現実的かつ実践的な戦略構築を行う点が特徴です。

単なるアドバイザーとしてではなく、クライアントの事業創造の「当事者」として課題に向き合い、成果にコミットしていただくポジションです。

■具体的な業務内容


•新興国・新分野における市場・産業リサーチ、競合分析


•事業機会の仮説構築、参入戦略・成長戦略の策定


•事業計画策定(ビジネスモデル設計、PL/BS作成、KPI設計)


•クライアント向け資料作成、プレゼンテーション


•実行フェーズにおける伴走支援


•プロジェクトマネジメントおよびチームメンバーの育成

<コンサルタント>


•プロジェクトの中核メンバーとして、リサーチ・分析・戦略資料作成を担当


•実行フェーズでは、クライアントや現地関係者と協働し事業推進を支援


•若手メンバーの指導・育成への関与

<マネージャー>


•担当するプロジェクトの全体設計およびマネジメント


•クライアントとの主要なカウンターパートとして、信頼関係を構築し、意思決定を支援


•プロジェクトの品質・成果に対する最終責任を持ち、エグゼクティブサマリーや提案内容のクオリティを担保


•自らチームを組成し、メンバーをアサイン・育成しながらプロジェクトを推進


•ジュニアメンバーの成長を促進し、次のコンサルタント・マネージャーを育てる


•プロジェクトのリピート獲得や新規案件創出など、プロジェクトを「作る」役割への関与


•コンサルティング組織全体の運営・ナレッジ蓄積・カルチャー醸成への貢献

•STEP 1:コンサルタント

新興国・新分野(新規事業、先端テクノロジー等)におけるプロジェクトに、プロジェクトメンバーとして参画し、以下の業務を担います。

-市場・産業リサーチ、競合分析

-仮説構築、論点整理、分析設計

-戦略オプションの検討および資料作成

-クライアントミーティングへの同席・議論への参加

•STEP 2:マネージャー

複数のプロジェクト、または大型プロジェクトのプロジェクトリーダーとして、成果・品質・チームに対する責任を担います。

-担当プロジェクトの全体設計および進行管理

-クライアントの主要なカウンターパートとしての関係構築・意思決定支援

-プロジェクトの成果物・ストーリーラインの品質担保

-自らチームを組成し、メンバーをアサイン・育成しながらプロジェクトを推進

-ジュニアメンバーのレビュー・指導を通じた人材育成

-プロジェクトの継続・発展や新規案件創出への関与

給与想定

年収・給与体系


•想定年収:600万円 〜 1500万円 ※前年収を考慮いたします


•給与体系:年俸制(経験・スキルを考慮し、下記いずれかのポジションで採用)

【給与レンジ】


•シニアアソシエイト:600万円 〜 700万円


•コンサルタント:700万円 - 1,000万円


•マネージャー:1,000万円 - 1,500万円

【月給内訳】


•月給:500,000円~ 1,250,000円


•上記月給には、月45時間分の固定残業手当を含む


•賞与:年1回(1月)、会社および個人の業績に応じて支給


•昇給:あり(年1回、会社の業績および個人の評価に基づき改定を検討)
