新電力へ切り替えを行ったお客様に対し

ご契約内容に相違がないかを確認するお電話をしていただくお仕事です。

あわせて、お客様への確認対応の中で、

必要に応じて自社サブスクリプションサービスをご紹介していただきます。

自然な流れでご案内できる内容です。

※新電力の契約獲得はすべて弊社の営業担当が行っております

※新規で新電力契約を取る業務は一切ありません

※マニュアル・トークスクリプト完備で未経験でも安心です

※完全な新規のテレアポではありません

勤務時間・曜日:

セミフレックスタイム制

・11時00分~20時00分(1日8時間)

・12時00分~21時00分(1日8時間)

以上よりシフトで変更。

※各休憩時間:60分

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

残業時間:月間平均20時間程度

勤務地:

基本フルリモートのため、定期購入は不要。→月に1度のみ本社(池袋)へ出勤しています。

出社の際は都度、経理ツールにて精算。

「敷地内禁煙」「原則屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり」「喫煙室での業務もあり」また、喫煙可能スペースでの就業が予定される場合には、募集条件を20歳以上としてください。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥6,697(4時間相当分)を含む。4時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

以下、内訳

月給:193,315円

固定残業手当:36,685円

※上記には時間外勤務手当(月25時間/36,393円)、

深夜割増手当(月1時間/292円)を含みます。

超過分は別途支給します。

固定残業手当は実際の時間外勤務時間が

固定時間数に達しない場合にも

その全額を支給します。(別途出勤日数要件有)

給与支払日:月末締め翌月25日払い

※金融機関が休日の場合は前営業日

・賞与:年3回(3月、7月、11月)
