【仕事内容】

クレジットカード全般のお問合せ対応と付随する事務作業をお願いします。

  • お仕事の内容

・解約や退会に関する問い合わせ

・住所や名義などの変更手続き

・カード利用に関する質問対応 など

※慣れてきたら、キャッシュレス決済に関するご案内などもお願いします。

対応件数は1時間あたり4~5件程度。
