LIMEでは、ハーブピーリングを中心とした施術を通じて、

お客様一人ひとりの肌悩みに寄り添い、"理想の素肌づくり"をサポートしています。


【具体的な仕事内容】

・ハーブピーリング、毛穴洗浄などの美容施術

・お客様の肌状態や理想に合わせたカウンセリング・プラン提案

・施術後のアフターフォローや次回来店のご案内

・店舗清掃や備品管理などのサロン運営サポート


【1日の流れ】

- 10:30 出勤・清掃・予約確認・LINE対応・施術準備

- 11:00 サロンオープン・施術(カウンセリング〜施術〜アフターケア)

- 13:00 ランチタイム(※予約状況によって変動あり)

- 14:00 施術準備・施術

- 16:00 施術準備・施術

- 19:00 清掃・明日の準備・LINE対応・レジ締め・在庫確認など

- 19:30 退勤(※予約状況によって変動あり)

LIMEは、ハーブピーリング専門サロンとして、お客様の"素肌本来の美しさ"を引き出すことを大切にしています。

化学的な薬剤を使わず、植物エキスの力で古い角質や不要な皮脂を取り除き、肌をやわらかく整える施術を行っています。

本社での丁寧な研修を受けてからデビューするため、未経験からでもしっかりと技術と知識を身につけることができます。

カウンセリングから施術、アフターフォローまでを一人のエステティシャンが担当する"担当制"だからこそ、お客様一人ひとりに寄り添った丁寧な肌ケアが可能です。

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制

10:30〜19:30(休憩1時間) 実働8時間

休暇・休日:

月8~9日休み 定休日なし/シフト制

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥515,500は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥15,500(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給25~50万円

※固定残業1.55万円、売り上げに応じたインセンティブ含む

●基本給214,500円

●固定残業代15,500円(10時間)

※10時間を超えた分の残業代も支給(残業時間10時間超えた方は一人もいません)

●毎月インセンティブ(上限なしインセンティブだけで過去最高30万円毎月平均5万円支給)

●昇給あり(年1回)

成果によって給料は上昇いたします
