業務内容

商業施設や店舗、文化施設、ホテル、オフィスなど、当社が手掛けた空間、または新規顧客の施設に対する保守・メンテナンスサービスの提案営業や、顧客からの依頼に対しての実務対応をお任せします。

<具体的な業務>

・定期点検・保守契約の提案: 設備(電気、空調、給排水など)、内装(壁、床、天井など)、什器備品などの定期的な点検・メンテナンス契約の提案。

・修繕・改修工事の提案: 老朽化や破損箇所の修繕、機能性向上を目的とした小規模な改修工事の提案。

・緊急対応の手配・管理: 突発的なトラブル発生時の駆けつけ対応や業者手配、進捗管理。

・顧客リレーションシップ構築: 既存顧客との継続的な関係構築、ニーズのヒアリング、新たな提案機会の創出。

・見積作成、契約書締結: 提案内容に基づく見積書の作成、契約締結業務。

<必要な経験・スキル>

ビル管理・内外装・設備業界で工事やメンテナンス業務に従事、営業・現場管理の経験をお持ちの方

<歓迎経験・スキル>

施工管理技士、電験2種等、建築・電気・管・通信関連資格お持ちの方
