今回ご入社いただく方には、プロダクション事業のクオリティマネージャーとして、担当エリアの育成戦略立案から実行、研修の実施まで横断的に担当いただきます。

今回、募集のポジションでは、中長期的なデジタル格差をなくす第一歩として、各端末の販売店/代理店と連携しながら、ユーザーが自らが使用しているモバイル環境を見つめ直し、様々な選択肢をカジュアルに選べる環境を提供していくために必要なクオリティを研修等で上げていきます。

このモバイル業界向けの企画営業を通して、販売の支援だけでなく、ユーザーのITリテラシーの向上など、中長期的な未来を見据えた提案を実施していきます。

・人員の手配(稼働者の採用、研修実施)

・現地ラウンド

・販売現場稼働メンバーへのフィードバック

・販売現場のフォロー

・歩留まり進捗管理、MTG資料作成等事務作業

・既存プロジェクトの管理/運営業務 等

【必須要件】

■下記いずれかの実務経験をお持ちの方

・通信/モバイル業界での実務経験が1年以上

└ディレクター、クローザー、営業担当、事務局運営等

・BtoB(toC)営業の経験1年以上

・リーダー経験1年以上

・プロジェクト管理/運営経験

・マネジメント経験

・研修/人材育成のご経験

・担当エリアが広く出張が発生するため、遠方勤務歓迎の方

・社員・アルバイトいずれかの採用経験(面接官として携わった経験等)

・ビジネスレベルのPCスキル

(PowerPoint・Excelを業務で使用されていた方)

・フットワークが軽い方

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00 ●勤務時間:10:00~19:00(※原則出社となります)

●フレックスタイム制(コアタイム10:00~15:00)

●固定残業制、月40時間を超える残業代は全額支給

●禁煙

休暇・休日:

シフト制 【年間休日】

・年間休日120日

・土日祝相当、シフト制(完全週休2日制)

・年末年始休暇

・年次有給休暇(初年度10日)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥334,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥78,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
