【仕事内容】

・キャリアカウンセリング(面談/オンライン)

・履歴書・職務経歴書の添削、面接対策

・求人紹介や企業との調整、推薦業務

・入社後フォローや長期キャリア支援

  • 誰かの可能性を信じ、背中を押す役割です。未経験の方も大歓迎

【研修・教育】

  • 1年間の実践プログラム『Career Lab』
  • ビジネスマナー・ヒアリング力・提案スキルを基礎から習得
  • アパレル・飲食・販売など異業種出身者が活躍中

  • 約9割が未経験スタート

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間 〜 176時間

10:00~19:00(所定労働時間8時間 休憩60分)

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 80万円

固定残業代:なし

月給:30万円~80万円

※試用期間中は月給25万円

試用期間は12カ月
