電子部品メーカーで売上管理や請求書の発行などをお願いします。

海外営業事務の経験がなくてもOK

英語を使用した業務に抵抗がない方大歓迎です

17時が定時です。

2月下旬ごろまでは北与野から徒歩5分の場所が勤務先となります。

・製品の出荷調整(メール使用)※英語の定型文あり

・インボイス作成(システム使用)

・受注-売上処理(Excel使用)

・工場へ依頼書の発行

・輸出書類作成

・顧客や工場からの電話の取次ぎ
