パーソナル&もみほぐしの

新しいトレーニングの形のジムで

マシンピラティス指導を中心に、

会員様一人ひとりの身体状況や

生活背景に合わせたサポートを行ってもらいます。

クライアントご自身の課題感に寄り添うのに加えて

病院のドクターからご紹介の患者さんの運動指導や

指定療法運動施設として、処方箋に合わせた運動指導など

医療運動を連携するサポートをしています。

・姿勢・動作・痛みなどの評価をもとにした運動指導

・「動き」だけでなく、なぜそのエクササイズを行うのかを伝える指導

・医療・運動の視点を踏まえた、生活に寄り添う運動提案

・スタッフ間での症例共有・学び合い(参加できる形でOK)

【必須資格】

トレーニング指導経験3年以上

【歓迎要件】

・運動指導を「感覚」だけでなく、

言語化して伝えられる方

・お客さまの変化を、見た目ではなく

生活の変化で捉えられる方

・理学療法士・柔道整復師・鍼灸師等の医療系国家資格

・健康運動指導士・NSCA-CPT等の運動指導資格

・整形外科疾患・生活習慣病の基礎知識をお持ちの方

・ブランクがある方も歓迎

(子育て等で現場を離れていた方もご相談ください)

※資格の有無よりも、指導に向き合ってきた姿勢を重視します。

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】

1日8h程度のシフト制

(8:30~20:30のうち)

※勤務日数・時間帯は応相談

※子育て支援・時短正社員制度あり

※将来的には、札幌市内の各事業所で

スタッフの育成にも携わっていただきます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000 〜 ¥330,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥44,300(32時間相当分)を含む。32時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【月給】

23万円~33万円

※給与については過去のご経験をもとに

協議しながら決定します。

1年目:300万円

3年目:400万円

5年目:500万円(シニアマネージャー+インセンティブ)
