【具体的には】
・住み替えに関わる現場の業務プロセス理解と洞察を通じた潜在的な課題の発掘
・課題やビジネス要求に対するソリューションの提案
・プロトタイピングから効果測定まで一連の仮説検証サイクルの推進
・生成AIプロダクトのシステム設計実装から導入
例えばこれまで以下のようなアウトプットを出しています。
・LIFULL HOMESの「AIホームズくんBETA LINE版」
・さっそく試してみた国土交通省不動産情報ライブラリAPI x 生成AI
・対話型チャットサービス「ノムコム AI アドバイザー」の共同開発
【求める人材】
・バックエンドエンジニアとしてのWebアプリケーション開発経験(5年以上)
・チームやプロジェクトのテックリード経験
【歓迎】
・OpenAI等のLLMを搭載したプロダクト開発経験
・顧客や現場の声を高い解像度で捉え、ユーザー視点を重視してプロダクト開発を進めていきたい方
・新規事業の立ち上げ経験や、ゼロからのプロダクト開発に強い関心をお持ちの方
【給与】
年収665~1080万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
