募集背景・業務概要:

官公庁の業務支援を目的としたWebシステムを新規に構築し、業務効率化を進めています。要件定義から設計までを一貫して進めるため、上流工程の体制を強化します。利用部門との合意形成を重視する方針です。お任せする業務:

要件定義から基本設計を中心に、画面構成とAPI設計の方針を整理します。業務フローの整理や優先度調整にも関わり、設計の一貫性を高めます。レビューを通じて品質基準を整えます。要件の優先度整理や画面項目の確定に関わり、設計のぶれを抑えます。レビューを通じて合意形成を進め、設計品質を高めます。

お客様の単価を100%開示しています。単価と給与が連動するから、頑張りや成果がダイレクトに収入に反映される仕組みです。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映

・賞与年2回(計2ヶ月分)
