Essential Duties, Critical Success Factors, Responsibilities, Authorities and Required Interactions:

製品の保守・修理・点検において、お客様に質の高いサービスを提供することで顧客満足度を向上させ、

お客様との長期的な信頼関係を構築し、サービス収益の向上と成長に貢献する。

スーパーバイザーを支援し、次の作業の一部またはすべてを実行する。

1) スケジュールされたメンテナンスおよび修理を実施する

2 )お客様へ技術サポートを提供する

お客様の抱える問題点を正確に聞きとり、問題を解決する。作業がスケジュールどおりにいかない時や、クレームにつながる事象が発生した際は、速やかにスーパーバイザーに報告し、潜在的なリスクを回避する。

効率的かつ高品質なサービス活動を行い、以下の業務を行う。

1) 顧客対応(出張)

2) 部品の手配と発注、および在庫を管理する

3) 点検、修理とインストールを実施する。

4) 作業実施後、作業報告書を作成し、お客様に作業の内容を説明する。

5) 社内システム(SFDC)に作業記録を遅滞なく入力する

6) 欠陥製品とお客様からのクレームを報告する

7) お客様から直接連絡があった場合、障害の分析を行い、作業の見積書案の作成をすることがある

チームメンバーと技術情報を共有し、協力してお客様の問題解決にあたる。 お客様に対して 技術的なアドバイスを提供する。 自身の事例をメンバーに共有しチーム内の知見拡張に貢献する 定められたスケジュールに従って作業を完了する 顧客情報を正確に入手し、社内他部署(Sales, Service Salesなど)と迅速に連携を図り、ビジネス機会の創出・ビジネスの成長に貢献する。 製品関連情報を収集、分析、報告する。技術研修に参加して技術力を高め、担当機器の拡販に貢献する。

入社後は次の研修を受けることで、1年後に一通りの業務ができる様になることを目指す。

―入社時の研修

1)座学によって製品知識、原理を習得。

2)OJTを受けた後、外部トレーニングに参加する。(3か月間程度)
※コロナ禍においては 主に点検に関してのオンラインコース(英語)の提供がある。

3)フォローアップのOJTを受ける。(6か月から1年程度)

6.英語で書かれたマニュアルを使用して技術の習得を図る。

External Accountabilities

1.以下の業務を遂行し、顧客満足度の向上に貢献する。

1) 製品の配送、設置、修理、メンテナンス、バリデーション

2) お客様の製品障害への対応

3) お客様への見積提案書を作成する

4) サービス製品の促進

2.法令等の遵守。

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • 専門学校、高等専門学校、短期大学、大学・大学院卒業又は同業他社での経験。
  • 機械全般の点検、納品、メンテナンス等の業務経験

Additional Requirements:

  • 書面および口頭両方の日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
    障害の状況を顧客(研究者や教授など)から正しく聞き取り、何に問題があり、どのように修理したかを顧客に論理的に説明する能力。
  • 23キロまでの重さの部品・製品を持ち上げることができる体力
  • 作業時には、物を運んだり、前かがみになるなどの動作が必要
  • 安全基準を正しく理解し、実行する力。
  • 普通自動車の運転免許証必須。自動車を運転したり、飛行機や新幹線での移動がある
