WHR Global Consulting is a remote HR consulting and Headhunting firm providing support to clients worldwide. We have almost 2 decades of HR Consulting & Headhunting experience supporting startups, SMEs and multinational firms from various industries eversince our grandparent company first operated in 2013.
OUR REMOTE HR SERVICES
- Headhunting: We specialized in headhunting roles for executives, IT (niche and non-niche), corporate support and and multilingual staff.
- HR Project Engineering: We also offer remote HR project management to businesses especially start-ups and SMEs needing HR experts to jumpstart and create their HR structure, organizational chart, company job descriptions, company handbook, employee orientation decks, employment contracts/ job offer templates, HR policies, salary offer, HR forms and processes for end to end talent management from talent acquisition stage to employee onboarding and offboarding as well as total rewards, labor relations and organizational development stages.
- HR Consulting: We also offer remote HR advisory and counselling to business owners and their support team in matters concerning employee discipline, salary appraisal, performance management and succession planning to ensure productive and highly motivated employees.
The Role
[Job summary] Development of in-satellite software optimized for satellite constellations in the company's satellite constellation business
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing middleware and software platforms that utilize various embedded devices.
- Development of firmware and middleware for various devices installed on satellites
- Development of a software platform that facilitates the introduction and modification of new software
- Development of satellite software to realize advanced satellite operation automation
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
- Over 5 years of practical experience in designing and developing software for embedded devices in fields such as satellites, robots, and IoT devices. or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in C language and C++
- Knowledge of communication engineering and electrical/electronic engineering at university graduate level
- Experience leading a software team of 5 or more people
- The candidate must be a JPL N1, N2 or N3.
- [Optional] Embedded device development using FPGA
- Development of scripting languages such as Ruby, Python, etc.
- Experience using UnitTest framework
- System development and implementation experience
- Machine learning and image processing technology
