Position Overview

The Business Development Director is responsible for driving the company's growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding existing business. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify New Business Opportunities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.

Develop Strategic Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.

Expand Existing Business:

  • Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for expanding existing products or services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with the company's goals.

Financial Analysis and Risk Management:

  • Perform financial analysis to assess the viability and potential ROI of new projects.
  • Evaluate risks associated with business development initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to report on progress and strategic direction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and partnership management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    • ビジネス開発イニシアティブに関連するリスクを評価し、対策を提案。
  • 協力とコミュニケーション:
    • 営業、マーケティング、製品開発チームと協力し、戦略の一貫した実行を確保。
    • 進捗状況と戦略的方向性について、シニアマネジメントや他のステークホルダーに効果的に報告。

    資格:

    • 経営学、マーケティング、または関連分野の学士号(MBAが望ましい)。

    • 市場データと財務報告書を解釈するための強力な分析スキル。
