職務内容:
当社は商用自動車業界における先駆的な技術と製品で知られています。技術部門の一員として、当社が保有するノウハウを活用し、EBS(電動ブレーキシステム)、エアマネジメントシステム、車両制御システム、空気圧装置などのブレーキシステムおよび車両制御ソリューションの開発活動を担当します。
当社は商用車業界における先端技術と製品開発で知られる企業です。開発部門の一員として、当社の経験とノウハウを活用し、電子制御ブレーキシステム、エア管理システム、車両挙動制御システム、エア配管回路設計の開発・保守に従事していただきます。
職務内容:
ブレーキシステム、エアマネジメントシステム、車両制御システム、および空気圧装置の全体的な開発および保守業務を担当する。
プロダクトオーナーとしての役割において、社内外のステークホルダー(サプライヤーを含む)との強力なコミュニケーション能力および交渉力を要し、開発業務におけるクロスファンクショナル活動の主導を担う。
担当領域のリーダーとして、所管するシステムおよびコンポーネントの開発・保守を統括する。
チームメンバー、社内従業員、サプライヤー、アライアンスパートナーグループなど多様なステークホルダーとの緊密な連携が求められるため、優れたコミュニケーション能力が必須である。
職務要件:
機械工学分野における設計経験
3D CADソフトウェアの使用経験
機械工学の学士号、または同等の工学背景を有すること
自動車産業における機械部品開発の実務経験(目安として3年以上)
国際環境での業務経験/対応能力、または国際環境で働く意欲が高いこと
十分なコミュニケーション能力(日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル)
工学系大学卒業者または同等資格を有し、自動車業界における実務開発経験3年以上を有すること。
海外サプライヤー/パートナーとの協業が可能なこと。経験がない場合でも、海外サプライヤー/パートナーとの業務経験獲得に意欲的であること。
関連部門との効果的なコミュニケーション能力を有すること。
日本語:日本語(N1レベル)およびビジネスレベルの英語が必須。
