業務内容:
生産技術業務をリードし、貢献できる車両組立担当の生産技術エンジニアを募集しています。主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。
部品組立における作業性について、設計者と評価・交渉を行う。
車両組立工程の設計・導入、生産中の組立評価、不具合発生時の問題解決を行う。
車両組立工程を検討し、製造部門に作業手順を説明し、実施する。
生産に必要な設備および治具の検討・設置。
生産プロセスへの新技術・新製造方法の導入。
応募資格:
エンジニアリング経験(自動車生産・開発分野で3年以上の経験が望ましい)。
生産プロセスのレビュー・設計、生産設備の仕様レビュー・実装、生産性・収益性レビューの経験。
部門横断的な活動における経験と能力。
新技術や新しいことに挑戦する意欲。
歓迎するスキル:
設備制御および生産システムでの業務経験。
優れた製品品質管理スキル。
締結機構に関する知識と経験。
3D CADの使用経験。
日本語:流暢な日本語(N1)および初級レベルの英語必須。
