仕事内容:

事業拡大に伴い、マーケティング業務・アシスタントを募集します

★仕事内容

・弊社に依頼が入った商品の内容のSNSでの商品情報発信

・Google広告の運用、データ分析、改善

・広告クリエイティブ作成(画像、動画など)

・社内報、社内外の販促物の企画

・データ入力、資料作成

弊社では、社会人として最低限必要なビジネス研修とOJTを実施しております。

初めの1ヶ月ほど、研修現場にて顧客対応、集客、市場調査、販売の基礎をしっかり学んでいただきます。

【入社後の流れ】

社内の研修とマーケティング研修のプログラムの受講しながら営業職として実務、未経験の場合は他事業部の営業も経験して頂きます。ベンチャーだからこそ色んなことに挑戦可能です。

【充実した研修内容】

(1)基礎的なビジネスマナーを学んでいただきます。

例)メールの返信方法

電話の対応方法

名刺交換

ビジネス用語の基礎

美容の基礎学習(座学)(現在美容案件があるため)

Word、Excel、PowerPointの操作方法

(2)実践的な研修

例)メールの問い合わせ対応

電話での問い合わせ対応

資料の作成

最後にテストを実施

SNS動画制作課題、広告分析結果報告

(3)業務に従事

基本的なビジネススキルがなければ、マーケティング事業での売上向上は見込めません。

マーケティング基礎の研修にかなり力を入れているので、未経験の方も一気に成長ができます

お仕事のレベルに合わせてキャリアアップインセンティブあり
