・技術選定、優先度検討、あらゆる技術的課題の解決、プロセスの最適化
・開発チームメンバーの技術面の支援
・エンジニアのスキル育成、勉強会の実施
・開発における意思決定、自身も手を動かしての開発
・自チームと経営双方向の情報共有やレポーティング、FB
